At Cocoba, we believe in creating great quality chocolate products and drinks to enjoy. After all, life is too short not to have the best!

THE CONCEPT
The concept for Cocoba started with a memory. Cocoba’s founder, Darren, is from Australia where he shared delicious hot chocolates with his grandfather carefully home made, not from powder, but using real, premium chocolate.
When Darren came to the UK, he could not find a chocolate drink that matched the one from his childhood, so he decided to create it. Today, the same love and care his grandfather put into his hot chocolate can be found in every one of Cocoba’s chocolate products.

THE CAFÉ
Cocoba launched a test pop-up kiosk in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, North London, in October 2012. It became so popular that a little over a year later, Darren took the plunge and opened the first Cocoba Chocolate café in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent.
The café has now become a much loved independent gem at the shopping centre, renowned for its chocolate desserts, hot chocolates and friendly staff.

THE CHOCOLATE
As the café became more popular, so did our Cocoba chocolate and hot chocolate products, which we originally made behind the counter. We realised pretty quickly that we needed a better solution.
In 2016 we opened our first production unit and warehouse, just down the road from the cafe, enabling us to finally offer our chocolate treats to more than just a handful of wholesale customers.
Each year, we have seen our company grow from strength to strength. At present, we are in our third production unit (hopefully we will be able to stay put for a while!), and are happily able to supply farm shops and independent delis all round the UK and beyond, as well as some larger retailers too.
